TOWN OF FRANKLIN
Kewaunee County
The Town Board of Franklin will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on Monday, June 8, 2026, at the Franklin Town Hall, N1885 County Road AB, Denmark, WI 54208.
The public hearing is to consider a Conditional Use Permit for a farm residence at parcel number 31.008.19.151. The Hearing is to hear testimony from the public regarding application for a Conditional Use Permit.
The Planning Commission recommended the Farm Residence Conditional Use for approval with the following conditions.
Kewaunee County Sanitary and Septic regulations are to be followed.
Applicants realize that large scale agriculture is their neighbor, and our Ordinance 10.0207(D), states that normal and customary farm operations, including manure applications, herbicide spraying, etc. are part of our rural community; and are not to be interfered with.
All building setbacks and regulations, as stated in the A1 District, must be followed.
Any resident or interested party who wishes to be heard is welcome to attend this hearing.
